CuspKite · Patient Growth System
Service, privacy, and help for dental practices
A coordinated service built around booked consultations, with a clear view of the work, the information needed to support it, and where to continue the conversation.
The service
One system, focused on booked consultations
Short-form video
CuspKite coordinates filming, editing, and posting for short-form video. The current offer describes 12–16 videos each month; your quote lists the scope and deliverables that apply to your practice.
Meta and Google campaigns
Campaign planning and management help put practice content and offers in front of a relevant local audience. Advertising spend is separate from the CuspKite service fee.
Lead follow-up
Follow-up across DMs, comments, and text helps move enquiries toward a consultation and reconnect with past enquiries.
Monthly strategy
A monthly strategy and reporting review focuses on booked consultations and patient-acquisition costs. Performance is tracked transparently, but campaign and patient outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
Information practices provide
Enough to respond and do the agreed work
The landing-page enquiry asks for a contact name, reply email, and a short message. The guided request at /request-service also asks for the practice name. CuspKite uses these details to respond to the enquiry.
A practice may also provide quote details and private replies in its quote or job view. Those details support preparing a quote and delivering the work the practice agrees to.
Please do not submit patient information in a request, quote discussion, or job reply.
